An innovative contract option (introduced by Italian Presidential Decree No. 412/93 and governed by Italian Legislative Decree No. 115/08), envisaging the provision of a fully-comprehensive energy service to final users by a single entity, who, as well as supplying energy, is also responsible for running and maintaining the heating system (acting on behalf of the final user) and adopting all the measures required to reduce energy consumption.
